Administration Concept

Which means managing and, consequently, leaving you with a very clear idea of what this human task is, even though there are several possible definitions for it.

To show that administration, even though it has always existed, has been changing over time, and that the concept of science it has today did not appear by chance, but was the result of the influence of different human activities.

To manage is to solve problems. In a way, yes, this is one of the most direct definitions of what it is to manage: it is to solve problems.

Once exercising their profession, the administrator will always be dealing with problems and seeking their solutions is synonymous with making decisions.

And for you to be successful, that is, for your decisions to be appropriate for the moment you are acting, you need to be very attentive and with an open mind.

The administrator, in fact, does not perform the tasks to achieve what the organization expects of him: who does this is his team. If he does so, he will be an executor, not a manager.

Thus, it is up to the administrator to lead his team, in the best way possible, so that it achieves the results that need to be achieved.

In other words, this is the manager's basic "problem": defining the objectives well (what), how to accomplish them (how) and energizing your team for it. The real manager doesn't do it, but empowers his team to do (this is the translation of the concept of emporwement, or, energizing, vital to the management of people) this is the main task of the management process, but which, in fact, is also the application of the whole administrative process. 

For an organization to succeed in achieving its goals, fulfilling its social responsibilities, or both, it depends on managers.

If managers do their jobs well, the organization will likely achieve its goals. And if a nation's large organizations accomplish their goals, the nation as a whole will prosper. Applying managers' work (management performance) and organizational performance . 

In a company, the act of administering means planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling tasks in order to achieve productivity, workers' well-being and profitability, in addition to other goals defined by the organization. One of the branches of business administration is financial administration, which consists of managing the organization's finances.

The way organizations are managed will determine whether they will be able to effectively use their resources to achieve the proposed goals. Therefore, the role of the administrator has a strong impact on the performance of organizations.
