Business Processes

The Business Processes are part of an executive team within the company itself where they establish priorities for organizational processes, in a way designating the owners of the processes and evaluating the development of the work and its results, the concept of (APE), the person who understands the subject and is able to sell the concept throughout the organization and beyond.

Business Processes are, in a way, a systematic methodology to help the company to make important advances in the way of operating all the processes within the organization.

It focuses on eliminating waste and bureaucracies that often get in the way and providing a system that helps to make its operations simpler, correct and easy to understand for all managers and customers of the organization to start receiving quality products or services.

The main objective is to ensure that the company has these organizational processes. The following are the ones I will put below.

1-Eliminate the main mistakes

2-Minimize delays

3-Increase the use of resources (money)

4-Promote understanding  

5-Be easy to use  

6-Be friendly with customers  

7-Adapting to changing customer needs

The Five Phases of the EPA:

1-Organize: assemble the improvement team with personnel directly and indirectly involved with the process to be improved and define the objectives, limits and scope, which is the most important.

2-Understand: Analyze the process through support tools for identification of tasks, measurements of efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility and identification of the causes of certain problems. results are being achieved.

3-Perfect: Implement improvements (effectiveness, efficiency and adaptability), according to the defined objectives.

4-Measure and Control: check whether the improvements reached the goals defined by means of process indicators and compare the results.

 

5-Continuously Improving: Approve the process that is already perfected and periodically carry out an evaluation (benchmarking) with other processes.
