For the national quality foundation, an organization is a company, corporation, firm, body, institution, company or any of these units, joint-stock company, limited or otherwise statutory, which has its own autonomous administrative functions and structures, in the public or private sector ,with or without profit purpose of all types of small, medium or large size. In other words, to make it simple to understand, the organization is the sum of a set of unique people plus economic, legal, technological variables, cultural and others, interacting with each other, and the interaction can be favorable or contrary to the organization.
In turn, the organization as a whole also interacts with other organizations in a positive or negative way, dynamically generating balances or imbalances that affect the growth of society.
The concept of Administration has always been much discussed, and several authors have brought contributions;
1-Administration is the process of achieving goals by working with and through people and other organizational resources.
2-Administration is the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling the work of the organization's members and using all available organizational resources to achieve defined organizational goals.
3-Administration is the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling the use of resources to achieve performance goals.
4-Administration is the achievement of organizational goals in an effective and efficient way thanks to planning, organization, leadership and control of organizational resources.
5-Administration is the act of working with and through other people to accomplish the goals of the organization as well as those of its members.
