Entrepreneur Creative Process

Analytical methods are of paramount importance for the decision process, however, those who have not gone through moments when they need to make a decision and the available information is few or even nil, this can occur due to the cost of information or even due to difficulty in getting them.

There are also certain situations where the information we have can lead to several alternatives that we have, all of which are valid, which makes the decision often difficult. In other situations, the decisions to be taken must be determined very quickly, not having enough time to analyze the information in some depth. It is in situations like this that the decision maker must act many times based on their experiences and that inner voice that says what to do and what will be the best way forward.

Our inner voice is what we call intuition, let's not confuse intuition with something supernatural because it isn't. mind works have overturned the old conception that analysis and intuition are the two functions that are separate and that occur in two functions in separate ways that occur in two different parts of the brain. it is impossible to separate them.

They are together in every situation. There is no good analysis without good intuition and critical analysis. What some call intelligent memory where analysis puts elements in your brain and intuition takes them out and combines them to create something completely new. Our intuition should be used more when:

1-There is a high level of uncertainty

2-There are few precedents on which to base

3-Variables are less predictable in a scientific way

4-Facts are limited

5-The facts do not clearly indicate the way forward

6-Analytical data is not very useful

7-There are several plausible alternatives, all with good justifications

8-There is time limitation and there is pressure to reach the right decision quickly.

Intelligent memory is called the reasoning process that is usually unconscious and instantaneous and that brings up moments of memory and knowledge that will initiate new ideas that will emerge.

Memory that helps in daily decision making, that puts the idea out, memories of experiences and facts that can provide the entrepreneur with that alternative that can be brilliant to solve a given problem.

It is this intelligent memory that makes the connections between individual experiences and the information stored in our brain, the best advice about intuition is to trust with suspicion, that is, try to verify the indication given by this so-called sixth sense, we must not deceive ourselves adopting the pride of not failing your intuition. Don't think that intuition is perfect or infallible, because it isn't.
