THE IMPORTANCE OF THE DECISION PROCESS:
The decision-making processes that I will explain in this article is a common subject in people's daily lives, decision-making happens daily, all the time, even in the simplest situations, such as when we ask ourselves: what are we going to do today for the lunch.

Nowadays, with the competitiveness increasingly fierce among companies, we will need to make decisions at all times whenever we are faced with a problem that presents more than one solution alternative. Even when we have only one option to solve the problem and we will be able to having the alternative of adopting this option or not, the process of choosing the most suitable path for the company, in that circumstance, is also known as decision making. What we should aim for in our decision making are the following:
1-MINIMIZE LOSSES
2-MAXIMIZE GAINS
3- ACHIEVE A SITUATION IN WHICH, COMPARATIVELY, THE ADMINISTRATOR JUDGES THAT THERE WILL BE A GAIN BETWEEN THE STATE IN WHICH THE COMPANY IS AND THE STATE IN WHICH IT WILL BE FOUND AFTER THE DECISION IS IMPLEMENTED.
In order to make the best decision in certain problem situations, it is up to the person who will make the decision to elaborate all possible alternatives on the problem in question, aiming to choose the best way to optimize the option for which they decided, enabling the company to grow and develop in this context of competitiveness, which today is very fierce.
Decision making is the process of choosing one from a set of alternatives, the decision can be described simply as a choice between alternatives or possibilities in order to solve a problem or seize an opportunity. a problem, that is, there is a discrepancy between the current state of affairs and the desired state of affairs and requires consideration of the actions of alternative solutions, knowledge about the existence of a problem and the need for a decision to be made. and it depends on each person's perception.
