Companies that are made up of people and represent for them a means by which they can achieve many goals, whether personal or not, with a minimum of cost, time, effort and conflict, successful companies tend to grow, increasing their number. of people to be managed and the structure must adapt to a greater volume of hierarchical levels and who are responsible for the company's evolution and increasingly seek to achieve its growth in the national and international market.
