The next trends for now and for the future, where the future we thought would be something far away, but that is becoming reality in an unusual speed, in a way the future is now what I will put below is something that is very impressive but that will be part of our lives and where digital marketing will gain a contour never seen before, this is only talked about within companies, about 2296 managers and top executives come together to generate real innovation in their business in 2022, all this completely off the radar of traditional solutions and models on the market that have not been showing results since 2020.

 

1-The Metaverse

The metaverse featured name changes (from Facebook to Meta), headlines and investments in 2021. But this was just the beginning. Now, with the term becoming popular, companies will begin to unleash what they believe is the future of the internet. Microsoft, for example, already plans to release the first version of its metaverse (which still won't be in 3D...) this year.

2-Virtual and Augmented Reality

Virtual and augmented reality go hand in hand with the construction of the metaverse. Before announcing the investment in the sector, Facebook had already purchased Oculus VR, a company specializing in virtual reality glasses. It will be necessary to use these devices to experience the hybrid universes between the real and the virtual. 
Augmented reality is technology that brings digital elements to the real world just like in Pokemon Go, remember? The expectation is that Apple will launch its own AR glasses in 2022. Let's wait for the scenes of the next chapters...

3-Cryptocurrencies and NFT

2021 was a year of great appreciation (and depreciation too! ) for cryptocurrencies. Now, the expectation is that some of them will finally consolidate in the market.

The same stability is also expected in the NFT sector. The acronym for non-fungible tokens was considered the word of the year by the Collins Dictionary and it is no accident: it was the moment of knowledge of the novelty. In 2022, we are on the next step: artists and influencers around the world are starting to work with technology. What is still to come?
